April 11, 2022: Ipswich, MA 01938 The Ipswich Tigers routed the visiting Amesbury Indians softball squad by a final score of 14-0 in Monday's league battle.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Lynnfield (Lynnfield, MA). The Pioneers go into the Cape Ann Baker battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Lynnfield notched a victory over East Boston (East Boston, MA), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
The Indians now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Newburyport for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 13. Amesbury will meet a Clippers squad coming off a 11-6 non-league loss to Dracut (Dracut, MA). The Clippers record now stands at 1-2.
