West Virginia High School Softball - Winfield bounces Buffalo
April 11, 2022: Winfield, WV 25213 Winfield Generals (Winfield, WV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WV), 12-7 in a non-league challenge.
The Generals now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoover for a Cardinal match on Tuesday, April 12. Winfield will face a Huskies squad coming off a 5-2 league win over Poca (Poca, WV). The Huskies record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Buffalo moves to 3-5 on the season. The Bison travel to Poca (Poca, WV) to face the The Dots in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 12. The The Dots go into the match with a record of 5-7.
