Virginia High School Softball - Denbigh holds off Warwick
April 11, 2022: Newport News, VA 23608 The Denbigh Patriots (Newport News, VA) softball the visiting Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA), 5-3 in Monday's league bout.
The Patriots (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Bethel (Hampton, VA). The Bruins go into the Peninsula bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Bethel held off Phoebus (Hampton, VA), 16-3, in a league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hampton for a Peninsula bout on Tuesday, April 12.
