Texas High School Softball - George West bounces Skidmore-Tynan
April 11, 2022: Skidmore, TX 78389 The George West Longhorns (George West, TX) softball routed the host Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats (Skidmore, TX), 12-4 in Monday's league bout.
The Longhorns (7-18) will now prepare for their bout against Odem (Odem, TX). The Owls go into the 3A Region IV District 29 bout with a 12-9 record. In their last bout, Odem notched a victory over Taft (Taft, TX), 13-2, in a league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 1-19 record. They play next when they host Mathis for a 3A Region IV District 29 bout on Thursday, April 14. Skidmore-Tynan will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Aransas Pass (Aransas Pass, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 25-0.
