Texas High School Softball - Jourdanton bounces Poth
April 11, 2022: Jourdanton, TX 78026 Jourdanton Indians/Squaws (Jourdanton, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Poth Pirates (Poth, TX), 10-1 in a league challenge.
The Indians/Squaws now own a 22-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cotulla for a 3A Region IV District 27 challenge on Thursday, April 14. Jourdanton will battle a Cowboys squad coming off a 12-9 league win over Poteet (Poteet, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 13-14.
With the loss, Poth falls to 19-5 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Karnes City (Karnes City, TX) to battle the Badgers in a 3A Region IV District 27 challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Badgers enter the challenge with a record of 0-12. Karnes City lost 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Natalia (Natalia, TX)
