Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host McDowell Titans (Marion, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars confront the North Buncombe Black Hawks (Weaverville, NC) in a The Mountain 3A/4A challenge, on Thursday, April 13. Asheville will attempt to better on its 9-0 season record. The Black Hawks enter the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 2-0 league loss to Enka (Enka, NC).
