Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Nantucket overwhelms Barnstable
April 11, 2023: Nantucket, MA 02554 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA) and the visiting Barnstable Red Hawks (Hyannis, MA), saw Nantucket's lacrosse team top Barnstable by a margin of 15-5.
The Whalers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Whitman-Hanson Regional (Whitman, MA). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
The Red Hawks (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Sandwich (East Sandwich, MA). The Blue Knights enter the Cape and Islands - Atlantic challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Sandwich beat Nauset Regional (North Eastham, MA), 12-11, in a league challenge.
