Bangs Dragons (Bangs, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Winters Blizzards (Winters, TX), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Dragons now sport a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coleman for a 2A Region I District 6 challenge on Friday, April 14. Bangs will face a Bluecats squad coming off a 19-0 league win over Menard (Menard, TX). The Bluecats record now stands at 14-9.

With the loss, Winters falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Blizzards host Miles (Miles, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a 2A Region I District 6 challenge on Friday, April 14. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 6-4. Miles won 14-3 in their recent league test against Eldorado (Eldorado, TX)
