Texas High School Softball - Mesquite falls to Royse City
April 11, 2023: Mesquite, TX 75149 In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Royse City Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the Mesquite Skeeters.
The Bulldogs now sport a 22-5 record. They take the field next when they host Tyler Legacy for a 6A Region II District 10 match on Friday, April 14. Royse City will face a Raiders squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Horn (Mesquite, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 20-8.
With the loss, Mesquite falls to 11-15 on the campaign. The Skeeters travel to North Forney (Forney, TX) to face the Falcons in a 6A Region II District 10 match on Friday, April 14. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 9-13. North Forney lost 11-1 in their recent league match against Rockwall (Rockwall, TX)
