Minnesota High School Softball - Melrose bounces Benson
April 11, 2024: Melrose, MN 56352 Melrose Dutchmen (Melrose, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Benson (Benson, MN), 18-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Dutchmen now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sauk Centre for a West Central challenge on Tuesday, April 16.
With the loss, Benson falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The travel to Dawson-Boyd (Dawson, MN) to battle the Blackjacks in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. The Blackjacks enter the challenge with a record of 0-1.
