The Central Jaguars softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Destin Sharks to 3 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Central improves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Paxton (Paxton, FL) to clash with the Bobcats in a 1A District 1 game on Monday, April 15. The Bobcats go into the battle with a record of 6-7. Paxton won 12-8 in their recent non-league battle against Chipley (Chipley, FL)

The Sharks now possess a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Baker for a non-league battle on Friday, April 12. Destin will meet a Gators squad coming off a 10-5 league loss to Jay (Jay, FL). The Gators record now stands at 8-6.
