The Frontier Titans (Bakersfield, CA) baseball got by the visiting Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA), 6-5 in Friday's league challenge.

The Titans now own a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Camino Real for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 14. Frontier will clash with a Royals team coming off a 9-6 league win over Cleveland (Reseda, CA). The Royals record now stands at 13-5.

With the defeat, Liberty drops to 8-7 on the year. The Patriots travel to Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Whitney lost 2-1 in their recent league challenge against Jesuit (Carmichael, CA)
