The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Three Rivers Bulldogs (Three Rivers, TX) and the host Knippa Crushers (Knippa, TX), saw Three Rivers's baseball team beat Knippa by a margin of 18-9.

The Bulldogs (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Sabinal (Sabinal, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 2A Region IV District 31 battle with a 4-12 record. In their last battle, Sabinal was overwhelmed by D'Hanis (D'Hanis, TX), 9-1, in a league battle.
