New Jersey High School Volleyball - Barringer over Irvington
April 11, 2025: Newark, NJ 07104 Fans at Friday's league contest between the Barringer Blue Bears (Newark, NJ) and the visiting Irvington Blue Knights (Irvington, NJ), observed Barringer's volleyball team top Irvington by a tally of 2-0.
The Blue Bears (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Mountaineers enter the SEC - Liberty contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, West Orange beat West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Blue Knights meet the East Orange Campus Jaguars (East Orange, NJ) in a SEC - Liberty contest, on Monday, April 14. Irvington will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 6-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Orange (Orange, NJ).
