April 11, 2025: Wetumpka, AL 36092 Stanhope Elmore Mustangs (Millbrook, AL) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Wetumpka Indians (Wetumpka, AL), 3-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Stanhope Elmore advances its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Montgomery Academy (Montgomery, AL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, April 18. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 14-5. Montgomery Academy lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL)
The Indians now have a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Booker T. Washington for a non-league test on Monday, April 14.
