Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Era Hornets (Era, TX), 18-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, Lindsay improves its record to 14-8 on the year. The Knights travel to Muenster (Muenster, TX) to face the Hornets in a 2A Region II District 10 game on Tuesday, April 15. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 16-7. Muenster won 21-0 in their recent league game against Chico (Chico, TX)

The Hornets now hold a 3-17 record. They play next when they travel to Alvord for a 2A Region II District 10 game on Tuesday, April 15. Era will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-6 league loss to Nocona (Nocona, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-10.
