Washington High School Baseball - Gig Harbor loses to Capital
April 12, 2022: Olympia, WA 98502 The Capital Cougars crushed the visiting Gig Harbor Tides baseball team by a tally of 15-5 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now hold a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Steilacoom for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 14. Capital will face a Sentinels team coming off a 20-1 league win over Washington (Tacoma, WA). The Sentinels record now stands at 4-3.
Next, the Tides face the Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 15. Gig Harbor will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Blazers enter the bout with a 2-7 record after their 4-3 league loss to Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA).
