Kansas High School Softball - Chase County bounces Northern Heights
April 12, 2022: Cottonwood Falls, KS 66845 Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Northern Heights Wildcats (Allen, KS), 27-12 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Council Grove for a Flint Hills challenge on Friday, April 22.
With the loss, Northern Heights falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host West Franklin (Pomona, KS) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 18. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 4-6. West Franklin won 10-6 in their recent league challenge against Osage City (Osage City, KS)
