Central Heights Vikings (Richmond, KS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Northern Heights Wildcats (Allen, KS), 16-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Vikings now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mission Valley for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 19. Central Heights will face a Vikings squad coming off a 10-5 league loss to Council Grove (Council Grove, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 8-1.
