Washington High School Softball - Raymond bounces Chief Leschi
April 12, 2022: Puyallup, WA 98371 The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Raymond Seagulls (Raymond, WA) and the host Chief Leschi Warriors (Puyallup, WA), saw Raymond's softball squad achieve victory over Chief Leschi by a count of 19-0.
The Seagulls now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ilwaco for a 2B Pacific match on Friday, April 15. Raymond will face a Fishermen squad coming off a 14-7 league loss to Forks (Forks, WA). The Fishermen record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Chief Leschi falls to 0-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to North Beach (Ocean Shores, WA) to encounter the Hyaks in a 2B Pacific test on Tuesday, April 19. The Hyaks come into the test with a record of 0-7. North Beach lost 18-0 in their recent league test against Ocosta (Westport, WA)
