California High School Volleyball - San Ysidro crushed by Mater Dei Catholic

The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders topped the host San Ysidro Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Crusaders now have a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coastal Academy for a non-league test on Friday, April 14. Mater Dei Catholic will confront a Stingrays team coming off a 3-0 league win over Del Lago Academy (Escondido, CA). The Stingrays record now stands at 20-4.

The Cougars (5-12) will now prepare for their test against San Diego Academy (National City, CA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, San Diego Academy was knocked off by Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
