Washington High School Softball - Aberdeen bounces Centralia
April 12, 2023: Aberdeen, WA 98520 Aberdeen Bobcats (Aberdeen, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Centralia Tigers (Centralia, WA), 9-3 in a league challenge.
The Bobcats now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host WF West for a 2A Evergreen challenge on Friday, April 14. Aberdeen will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 6-2 league win over Rochester (Rochester, WA). The Bearcats record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Centralia falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Shelton (Shelton, WA) to face the Highclimbers in a 2A Evergreen challenge on Friday, April 14. The Highclimbers enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. Shelton lost 8-5 in their recent league challenge against Black Hills (Tumwater, WA)
