The East Providence Townies crushed the visiting Central Knights baseball team by a tally of 15-2 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Townies now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Barrington for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 16. East Providence will face a Eagles team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
