North Carolina High School Softball - Louisburg bounces Carrboro
April 12, 2024: Louisburg, NC 27549 Louisburg Warriors (Louisburg, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Carrboro Jaguars (Carrboro, NC), 16-2 in a league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Vance County for a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Louisburg will battle a Vipers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to South Granville (Creedmoor, NC). The Vipers record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Carrboro falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Granville Central (Stem, NC) to battle the Panthers in a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A challenge on Monday, April 15. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 2-3. Granville Central won 21-6 in their recent league challenge against Durham School of the Arts (Durham, NC)
