Texas High School Softball - Lake Belton bounces Chaparral
April 12, 2024: Temple, TX 76502 Lake Belton Broncos (Temple, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX), 15-0 in a league challenge.
The Broncos now sport a 29-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to University for a 5A Region III District 22 challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Lake Belton will face a Trojans squad coming off a 22-1 league win over Waco (Waco, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 9-11.
With the loss, Chaparral falls to 7-17 on the campaign.
