Missouri High School Softball - Purdy bounces Exeter
April 12, 2024: Purdy, MO 65734 Purdy Eagles (Purdy, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Exeter Tigers (Exeter, MO), 6-2 in a league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they host Wheaton for a Class 1 District 5 challenge on Tuesday, April 16.
With the loss, Exeter falls to 9-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Pierce City (Pierce City, MO) to battle the Eagles in a Class 2 District 6 challenge on Monday, April 15. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-13. Pierce City lost 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Lockwood (Lockwood, MO)
