The East Union Urchins baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting West Union Eagles to 4 in the Urchins non-league win on Saturday.

The Urchins now own a 23-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mooreville for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. East Union will clash with a Troopers team coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Tupelo (Tupelo, MS). The Troopers record now stands at 18-7.

With the defeat, West Union drops to 11-13 on the year. The Eagles host Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, MS) to clash with the Indians in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Indians go into the test with a record of 24-8. Itawamba Agricultural lost 4-3 in their recent non-league test against New Hope (Columbus, MS)
