April 12, 2025: Marengo, IL 60152 The Marengo Indians (Marengo, IL) baseball got by the visiting Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL), 8-7 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Indians now own a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Plano for a Kishwaukee River challenge on Tuesday, April 15. Marengo will clash with a Reapers team coming off a 13-5 league loss to Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL). The Reapers record now stands at 3-12.
With the defeat, Woodstock drops to 3-6 on the year. The Blue streaks host Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL) to clash with the Rockets in a Kishwaukee River challenge on Monday, April 14. The Rockets go into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Richmond-Burton won 16-5 in their recent league challenge against Harvard (Harvard, IL)
