The Sugar-Salem Diggers triumphed over the visiting Preston Indians baseball squad by a score of 23-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Diggers battle the South Fremont Cougars (St. Anthony, ID) in a 4A Mountain Rivers outing, on Friday, April 18. Sugar-Salem will attempt to advance on its 12-4 season record.

The Indians (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Pocatello (Pocatello, ID). The Thunder come into the 5A South East Idaho outing with a 5-12 record. In their last outing, Pocatello was overwhelmed by Century (Pocatello, ID), 15-14, in a league outing.
