April 12, 2025: Macomb, MI 48044 The Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) baseball trounced the visiting Novi Wildcats (Novi, MI), 9-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Romeo for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 14. Dakota will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 6-6 non-league Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Novi drops to 5-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Howell (Howell, MI) to clash with the Highlanders in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 14. The Highlanders go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Howell won 10-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI)
