Kentucky High School Softball - Augusta drops to Robertson County
April 12, 2025: Augusta, KY 41002 Robertson County Black Devils (Mt. Olivet, KY) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Augusta Panthers (Augusta, KY), 14-4 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Robertson County improves its record to 2-7 on the year. The Black Devils host Newport (Newport, KY) to face the Wildcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 22. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 0-6.
The Panthers now hold a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Fleming County for a non-league game on Monday, April 14. Augusta will face a Panthers squad coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 4-6.
