The Interlake Saints softball team scored 22 runs and held the host Renton Red Hawks to 5 in the Saints non-league win on Saturday.

The Saints now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highline for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 16. Interlake will confront a Pirates team coming off a 6-4 league loss to Lindbergh (Renton, WA). The Pirates record now stands at 9-8.

With the loss, Renton moves to 0-5 on the season. The Red hawks host Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA) to confront the Islanders in a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. The Islanders come into the battle with a record of 6-11. Mercer Island lost 18-1 in their recent non-league battle against Highline (Burien, WA)
