The Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX) softball routed the host Pilot Point Bearcats (Pilot Point, TX), 16-3 in Saturday's league outing.

The Lions now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boyd for a 3A Region II District 10 outing on Tuesday, April 15. Ponder will encounter a Yellowjackets team coming off a 17-0 league win over Callisburg (Gainesville, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 21-4.
