Georgia High School Baseball - Academy for Classical Education defeats Peach County
April 13, 2022: Macon, GA 31210 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA) and the visiting Peach County Trojans (Fort Valley, GA), saw Academy for Classical Education's baseball squad knock off Peach County by a count of 14-7.
Coming up next, the Gryphons play the Georgia Military College Bulldogs (Milledgeville, GA) in a A Public Region 7 battle, on Friday, April 15. Academy for Classical Education will attempt to move on its 16-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 12-9 record after their 17-0 league win over Twiggs County (Jeffersonville, GA).
The Trojans now possess a 6-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crisp County for a AAA Region 2 battle on Friday, April 15. Peach County will play a Cougars squad coming off a 14-1 league loss to Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-12.
