April 13, 2022: Mesa, AZ 85212 The Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) volleyball overcame the host Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ), 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.
With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 26-1 on the year. The Hawks host Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ) to play the Bulldogs in a 6A Central outing on Thursday, April 14. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 7-11. Queen Creek lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ)
The Jaguars now own a 3-15 record. They play next when they travel to Desert Vista for a 6A Central outing on Thursday, April 14. Desert Ridge will play a Thunder squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ). The Thunder record now stands at 14-10.
