Illinois High School Soccer - Barrington knocks off Prospect
April 13, 2022: Barrington, IL 60010 Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL), 5-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Fillies/Broncos face the Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL) in a Mid-Suburban - West challenge, on Saturday, April 16. Barrington will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 5-0 league win over Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL).
The Knights now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Buffalo Grove for a Mid-Suburban - East challenge on Wednesday, April 20. Prospect will face a Bison team coming off a 5-0 league win over Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Bison record now stands at 1-5.
