April 13, 2022: Robbins, NC 27325 The Jordan-Matthews Jets routed the host North Moore Mustangs softball squad by a final score of 8-3 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Jets (5-11) will now prepare for their battle against Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Bears go into the Mid-Carolina 1A/2A battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Chatham Central held off Cummings (Burlington, NC), 18-1, in a league battle.
The Mustangs now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Southern Wake Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 19. North Moore will meet a Lions squad coming off a 17-2 league loss to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC). The Lions record now stands at 0-8.
