April 13, 2023: Fox Lake, IL 60020 The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) and the visiting North Chicago Warhawks (North Chicago, IL), saw Grant Community's soccer squad triumph over North Chicago by a margin of 7-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Forest for a non-league test on Saturday, April 15. Grant Community will meet a Bengals squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Bengals record now stands at 2-7.
With the defeat, North Chicago falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Monday, April 17. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 7-2. Rochelle Zell Jewish won 6-0 in their recent league outing against Holy Trinity (Chicago, IL)
