Texas High School Baseball - Newton loses to Diboll
April 13, 2024: Newton, TX 75966 In Saturday's league game, the visiting Diboll Lumberjacks baseball team scored a nice 17-0 victory over the Newton Eagles.
The Lumberjacks (21-2) will now prepare for their game against Huntington (Huntington, TX). The Red Devils go into the 3A Region III District 21 game with a 15-5 record.
The Eagles (2-12) will now prepare for their game against Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX). The Blue Devils go into the 3A Region III District 21 game with a 22-1 record. In their last game, Central Heights ran past Huntington (Huntington, TX), 8-1, in a league game.
