Illinois High School Volleyball - Huntley can't hold off Elgin
April 13, 2024: Huntley, IL 60142 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Elgin Maroons volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Huntley Red Raiders.
The Maroons (4-12) will now prepare for their battle against Belvidere (Belvidere, IL). The Bucs come into the non-league battle with a 0-12 record. In their last battle, Belvidere was edged by Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Red Raiders encounter the Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 17. Huntley will attempt to advance on its 2-12 season record. The Huskies come into the battle with a 9-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Guilford (Rockford, IL).
