The Nazareth Area Blue Eagles topped the visiting Freedom Patriots volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Saturday's league test.
The Blue Eagles now have a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethlehem Catholic for a Eastern Pennsylvania test on Monday, April 15. Nazareth Area will confront a Hawks team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Pocono Mountain West (Pocono Summit, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 1-4.
The Patriots (9-5) will now prepare for their test against William Allen (Allentown, PA). The Canaries enter the Eastern Pennsylvania test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, William Allen was knocked off by Bethlehem Catholic (Bethlehem, PA), 3-2, in a league test.
