Montana High School Softball - Columbus bounces Shelby
April 13, 2024: Shelby, MT 59474 Columbus Cougars (Columbus, MT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Shelby Coyotes (Shelby, MT), 19-2 in a league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Conrad for a B Eastern challenge on Saturday, April 13. Columbus will battle a Cowboys squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Laurel (Laurel, MT). The Cowboys record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Shelby falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to Conrad (Conrad, MT) to battle the Cowboys in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Cowboys enter the challenge with a record of 2-4. Conrad lost 10-9 in their recent league challenge against Columbus (Columbus, MT)
