Illinois High School Softball - Putnam County can't get by Eureka
April 13, 2024: Granville, IL 61326 The Eureka Hornets softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Putnam County Panthers to 5 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Eureka moves its record to 2-11 on the year. The Hornets travel to Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL) to play the Chiefs in a Heart of Illinois game on Monday, April 15. The Chiefs come into the game with a record of 5-7. Deer Creek-Mackinaw lost 7-2 in their recent league game against Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL)
