Texas High School Lacrosse - Georgetown sneaks past Anderson
April 13, 2025: Austin, TX 78759 Fans at Sunday's league test between the Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX) and the host Anderson Trojans (Austin, TX), witnessed Georgetown's lacrosse squad hold off Anderson by a count of 5-4.
The Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Round Rock Westwood was nipped by TMI-Episcopal (San Antonio, TX), 22-1, in a league test.
Next, the Trojans battle the Regents Knights (Austin, TX) in a Division II - San Antonio test, on Thursday, April 17. Anderson will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Knights enter the test with a 0-1 record after their 20-9 league loss to Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX).
