The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) and the host Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ), observed Basha's softball team get by Horizon by a final score of 5-1.

The Bears (15-5) will now prepare for their bout against Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ). The Vikings go into the non-league bout with a 13-5 record. In their last bout, Sunnyslope tipped Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ), 24-16, in a league bout.
