Alabama High School Soccer - Auburn knocks off Benjamin Russell
April 14, 2022: Auburn, AL 36830 Auburn Tigers (Auburn, AL) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Benjamin Russell Wildcats (Alexander City, AL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Opelika Bulldogs (Opelika, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 20. Auburn will attempt to better on its 13-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Central (Phenix City, AL).
The Wildcats now have a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they host Stanhope Elmore for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 19. Benjamin Russell will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Prattville Christian Academy (Prattville, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-4.
