Ohio High School Lacrosse - Fairfield drops to Mason
April 14, 2022: Fairfield, OH 45014 Mason Comets (Mason, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Fairfield Indians (Fairfield, OH), 16-1 in a league battle.
The Comets now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakota East for a Region 4 battle on Tuesday, April 19. Mason will clash with a Thunderhawks squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Olentangy Orange (Lewis Center, OH). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 3-6.
In their next game, the Indians clash with the Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH) in a Region 4 battle, on Tuesday, April 19. Fairfield will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Firebirds come into the battle with a 4-3 record after their 14-7 league win over Oak Hills (Cincinnati, OH).
