April 14, 2022: Quartz Hill, CA 93536 The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Quartz Hill Royals (Quartz Hill, CA) and the visiting Antelope Valley Antelopes (Lancaster, CA), saw Quartz Hill's softball squad achieve victory over Antelope Valley by a count of 18-0.
The Royals now sport a 15-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eastside for a Golden match on Tuesday, April 19. Quartz Hill will face a Lions squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Knight (Palmdale, CA). The Lions record now stands at 5-8.
With the loss, Antelope Valley falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Antelopes host Lancaster (Lancaster, CA) to face the Eagles in a Golden match on Tuesday, April 19. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 9-7. Lancaster lost 13-3 in their recent league match against Highland (Palmdale, CA)
