In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Corunna Cavaliers baseball team scored a nice 13-4 victory over the New Lothrop Hornets.

The Cavaliers (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Goodrich (Goodrich, MI). The Martians go into the Flint Metro game with a 1-1 record.

The Hornets (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Durand (Durand, MI). The Railroaders go into the Mid-Michigan game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Durand was overwhelmed by Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy (Brighton, MI), 6-2, in a non-league game.
