Hanford West Huskies (Hanford, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Selma Bears (Selma, CA), 5-1 in a league test.

With the win, Hanford West upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Huskies travel to Exeter (Exeter, CA) to battle the Monarchs in a Tri-County - Sequoia test on Saturday, April 15. The Monarchs come into the test with a record of 8-9. Exeter lost 11-7 in their recent non-league test against Washington Union (Fresno, CA)

With the defeat, Selma falls to 7-12 on the season. The Bears host Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA) to battle the Cavaliers in a Tri-County - Sequoia test on Tuesday, April 18.
